This Disclaimer applies to the website https://www.graphinfra.in and the authorized group websites (together, the “Website”), which are owned, run and maintained by Graph Infrabuild Private Limited or its group companies (“we”, “us”). Neither Graph Infrabuild Private Limited nor its subsidiaries, associates or group companies are responsible for any information about us or our projects that is published on any website, portal, social media page, advertisement or other medium that is not listed above or authorized by us in writing.
By accessing or using the Website you accept this Disclaimer, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Project information is indicative and is not an offer
Information on the Website about our projects, including descriptions, layouts, floor plans, specifications, amenities, images, walkthroughs, location maps and distances, is provided for general information and is indicative only. It does not constitute an offer, invitation to offer, contract, or legal commitment of any kind. Images, renders and videos are an artist’s impression, are not to scale, and may include furniture, fittings, landscaping or views that are not part of the unit or the project. Distances, travel times and nearby landmarks are approximate and may change. Amenities may be shared, phased or subject to completion and statutory approvals.
A binding booking or sale arises only through the written application, allotment letter and Agreement for Sale executed in accordance with RERA and the rules of the relevant State. Before booking, prospective buyers should read these documents and the approved plans carefully.
3. RERA registration and information
Our projects are registered with the relevant Real Estate Regulatory Authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”). The registration details are below. Area figures are as stated in the RERA-registered particulars and carpet area is as defined in Section 2(k) of RERA, unless the context clearly states another measure. If there is any difference between the Website and the particulars registered with the RERA authority, the registered particulars will prevail. Prospective buyers are advised to verify the project and the promoter’s details on the RERA website before booking.
4. Changes to specifications and plans
We may revise details, specifications, elevations or layouts shown on the Website where required by competent authorities, by changes in law or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Any change to the sanctioned plans, layout plans or specifications of a registered project will be made only as permitted by RERA, including the requirement for consent of allottees where applicable, and will be updated on the RERA website as required.
5. Payments and intermediaries
Please make payments only to the project’s designated bank account, by cheque or electronic transfer, as stated in the official application form, allotment letter or Agreement for Sale, and obtain an official receipt. Do not make cash payments. We are not responsible for money paid to any person who is not authorized by us in writing, or for information given by any agent, broker or channel partner that is inconsistent with our official documents. We encourage you to verify that any real estate agent you deal with is registered under RERA.
6. No advice; no assured returns
Nothing on the Website is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. We do not guarantee, and nothing on the Website should be read as promising, any rental yield, appreciation or return on investment. Home loan, bank and tax benefits depend on your own eligibility and on third-party policies, and you should seek independent professional advice before deciding to buy.
7. Use of the Website at your own risk
We try to keep the Website accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Graph Infrabuild Private Limited nor its subsidiaries, associates, group companies, directors or employees are liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from reliance on information on it. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the rights of an allottee under RERA and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The Website may contain links to websites controlled by third parties. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices, which may differ from ours and may provide lesser security.
9. Intellectual property
The content of the Website, including text, logos, trademarks, images, drawings and videos, is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other laws, and belongs to Graph Infrabuild Private Limited, its group companies or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit or otherwise use it without our prior written permission. If you believe that any image or material on the Website infringes your rights, please write to info@graphinfra.in with details, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it within a reasonable time.
10. Electronic communication
Unprotected email and online communication is not confidential and may be intercepted, lost or altered. Please do not send sensitive information (such as bank, card or identity numbers) by email. We are not liable for loss arising from such communications except to the extent caused by our own failure to take reasonable care.
11. Your personal information
We collect personal information through enquiry forms and similar channels, and use and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy at our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose it to other persons except as set out in that Policy or as required by law.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Disclaimer and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights, including the right to approach the RERA authority, the Adjudicating Officer, consumer commissions or any other statutory forum, the courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Website.
